The device is a microcircuit with USB connection to any power source like laptop, powerbank, or power unit. The microcircuit has a built-in Wi-Fi module that connects it to the phone. The mobile app connects to the microcontrollers in the drilling machines through various communication paths. The app fixates and stores data gathered and transferred from the microcircuit to the phone.
The microcircuit is used for oil drilling to measure the depth and other indicators when drilling for an oil well. With the app, the workers can control the torque (twisting moment) during drilling, managing the drill from a safe distance. There is also a feature that allows workers to compile reports and send them via email. The app also allows synchronization through the API of the managing company for on-site work processes optimization.
The task for LANARS was to transform an existing app (we developed it with Flutter and created outstanding technology app design) that would seamlessly connect and work with the circuit as a smart system for efficient management of the drilling process. Now our task is to constantly improve the mobile app and make changes according to the client’s requirements.

We have developed an architectural solution, which is based on the "strategy" pattern, which allowed us to implement flexibility and extensibility.
Integrating a function with a specific PDF report.
We implemented a PDF report with a lot of data. Also, we’ve integrated a fast and optimal algorithm for generating graphs inside the report, depending on the available values. Data there can be scaled, the distribution of data on the axes is also implemented.
