Motiway is a mobile app built by LANARS that turns any goal — personal growth, career, fitness, learning — into a structured, AI-driven action plan. The app generates a personalised task list tailored to each user's specific goal and keeps them on track with daily smart motivations powered by AI.
The idea was simple but ambitious: build a product that makes self-development feel achievable for anyone, regardless of where they're starting from. LANARS owned the vision end-to-end — from concept and UX to iOS development, AI integration, and subscription infrastructure.
The result is a live, revenue-generating app available globally on the App Store.
Approach
How we built Motiway end-to-end
LANARS owned the full product lifecycle — from validating the idea and structuring business logic, through UI/UX design, to cross-platform development and App Store launch.
Design
We conducted UX research, built user flows and wireframes, created high-fidelity UI and a full design system, and ran an accessibility review.
Development
We developed the cross-platform Flutter app, integrated the AI layer, built the backend API, set up in-app subscriptions, ran QA, and shipped to the App Store.
