At present, the company has several successful projects and requires a specialist to assist in organizing sales. Your efforts will not only contribute to the company’s profit but will also be rewarded at a rate of 10% of the deals closed with clients. To achieve success, you will collaborate with the Chief Delivery Officer, CTO, CEO, and the marketing department.

Wir fordern

  • Proficiency in English at C1 level.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales manager in an IT company.
  • Experience with lead generation tools like Upwork (GigRadar) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills for the European market.
  • Experience in closing sales deals with clients.

  • Analyze the market and initiate contact with potential clients.
  • Conduct negotiations and identify client needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical team and other internal colleagues to meet client requirements.
  • Present products and close deals.
  • Generate ideas for sales improvement.
