We require

  • Proficiency in English at C1 level both written and spoken.
  • Understanding of what Upwork is and how you can automate it.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills for the European market.

Your responsibilities

  • Actively seek and engage new clients through outbound methods.
  • Analyze the market and initiate contact with potential clients.
  • Conduct negotiations and identify client needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical team and other internal colleagues to meet client requirements.
  • Present products and close deals.
  • Generate ideas for sales improvement.
